Here’s the simplified version of your returns policy:

**Returns Policy**

**Note**: **No refund & no exchange on sale items.**

**Online Orders Returns Period**:
We accept returns within 2 days of the item being delivered. Returns for store collection orders begin on the day your order is ready for collection. Online orders must be returned by post ONLY.

**Return Resolution**:
– **Refund**: We offer a full refund back to the original payment method if returned within 2 days, unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Refunds take up to 2 days after the item is received. Postage is non-refundable. If an item was paid using a credit note, it will be refunded back to the credit note.
– **Credit Note**: You can also opt for a credit note, which takes 2 to 3 days after the item is received. Item(s) must be returned within 2 days, unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

**Postage**:
Buyer is responsible for the delivery/returns cost. If you received free delivery for orders over £100 and your order becomes below £100 after your return, a standard delivery cost of £5 will be deducted from your refund.

**Exchange for Online Orders**:
We no longer offer exchanges. You can return the item and place a fresh order for your exchange.

**Washing Instructions**:
Due to the ever-evolving fabric composition and detergents in the market, we recommend dry cleaning dresses. We cannot accept liability for any damage due to washing the dress(es).
